Refund policy
At Cozy Reader Co., each letter is created with care and sent especially for you. Because of this, letters cannot be returned.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Your happiness matters to me! If you receive a letter and are not satisfied with the product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your situation and, when appropriate, provide a full refund for that month’s letter.
