What should I do if my address changes?

What is the deadline to subscribe each month?
Subscriptions will close on the 1st of the previous month. For example, in order to get the February 1st snail mail, you'll need to sign up by the 1st of January.
When are letters shipped out?
Letters will be shipped out on the 25th so you get them in time for the upcoming month.
Sign ups are full, how do I get on the waitlist?
On the top menu of the website, click "waitlist" and fill out the form. You will be notified when signups go live before it is announced to the public.
I never received my letterโwhat do I do?ย
Contact me and I'll either send you a new one, or provide a refund
I'm no longer interested in receiving Cozy Reader Club, how do I cancel?
Email me directly (alivia@cozyreaderco.com), and i'll cancel your subscription straight away!
What day of the month will I be charged?
You will be charged monthly on whichever day you made your first purchase. So, if you made an order on March 29th, you will be charged the next month on April 29th.
Does Cozy Reader Club ship internationally?
YES! These letters may take longer to arrive, but all are welcome! And there is no extra charge, no matter where you live.
